3 easy steps to help when you’re doing overwhelm:


1. Stop. Take 3 deep breaths
2. Ask yourself, “What are 3 things that are in my control and that I can do right now?
(instead of focusing on the endless to-do-list and what you haven’t done yet)
3. Get started on those 3 things and watch what happens…
