7 Reasons to get Juiced!

So we're supposed to eat 5-7 serves of fruit and vegetables daily, but how many of us are doing this every day or even on a regular basis?  We're often time poor and cooking healthy and nutritious meals with 5 serves of vegetables is not always a priority.  Juicing vegetables with fruit is a great alternative (when you're time -challenged) to get those nutrients into you daily.  It's quick, easy and can be delicious & nutritious too....  Juicing can also:

 

1. assist with weight loss

2. reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke and some cancers

3. boost your immune system

4. help remove toxins from your body

5. aid digestion - giving your digestive system a rest from working on fiber

6. allow easy absorption of nutrients 

7. increase mental clarity, motivation & increase energy
